(4) not less than 50 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
1.3 Engineering performance of enterprises
In the past 10 years, he has undertaken the construction of 3 of the following 4 categories of projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) accumulative total construction of more than 100 kilometers of first-class highway subgrade
(2) accumulative total construction of grade II or above highway pavement (not less than 2 layers and more than 10 cm thick asphalt concrete pavement, or more than 22 cm cement concrete pavement) more than 3 million square meters

(2) the technical person-in-charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the senior professional title of highway engineering or the professional qualification of first-class registered builder in highway engineering; there are not less than 50 people with intermediate or above professional titles in highway engineering related majors.
(3) there are not less than 15 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, safety personnel, price makers and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 30 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
2.2.3 Enterprise Engineering performance
In the past 10 years, he has undertaken the construction of the following three types of projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) accumulative total construction of more than 200 kilometers of highway subgrade at or above the third grade
(2) accumulatively build more than 2 million square meters of highway pavement with a thickness of more than 5 cm or cement concrete pavement of more than 20 cm.

Third-level qualification standard
3.1 Enterprise assets

3.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) there shall be not less than 8 registered builders for highway engineering.
(2) the technical person-in-charge has more than 6 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the professional title of highway engineering major or above or the professional qualification of registered builder of highway engineering major; there are not less than 15 people with intermediate or above professional titles in highway engineering related majors.
(3) there are not less than 8 on-site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, safety personnel, price makers and other personnel are complete.
(4) the enterprise shall have not less than 15 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects required by the qualification level 2 or above in this category.
3.3 Technical equipment

(1) 1 asphalt concrete mixing plant over 100 tons per hour
(2) 1 cement concrete mixing plant over 50 cubic meters per hour
(3) 2 sets of asphalt concrete paving equipment with a paving width of more than 4.5 meters

(7) one crane over 30 tons.
Scope of contracted project
4.1 first-level qualification
It can undertake the construction of all levels of highways and bridges and tunnels with a length of less than 3000 meters.
The second-class qualification can undertake the construction of roads below the first class, bridges with a single bridge length of less than 1000 meters, single span of less than 150m, and tunnels with a length of less than 1000 meters.
4.3 level III qualification
It can undertake the construction of roads below second class, single bridge with a length of less than 500 meters and a single span of less than 50 meters.
