Those with the fourth-level undertaking and installation category of "Power Facilities Contracting (Repair, Trial) License" can engage in installation activities of power facilities with voltage levels below 35 kV. Applicants should meet the following conditions:
(1) Legal personality and sound organizational structure;
(2) Registered capital and net assets of more than 3 million yuan;
(3) The technical director and safety director have more than 4 years of experience in the installation and management of power facilities, and have junior or above technical qualifications in power-related majors;
(4) More than 10 professional technical and economic management personnel, including more than 3 people with junior or above technical qualifications in electricity-related majors;
(5) There are more than 25 electricians holding network access operation licenses, including more than 13 high-voltage electricians, more than 5 special electricians, and the number of people in each profession is not less than 1;
(6) More than 1 budget and quality inspection personnel each, and more than 3 installation foremen;
(7) Improve and effective production safety organizations and systems, carry out safety training in accordance with the law, and have more than one full-time safety supervisor;
(8) Construction machinery and equipment suitable for the scope of projects that can be undertaken;
(9) A sound technical archives management system.
(10) Requirements for social security certificates for all personnel: At least one of the following items should be presented in the social security records: "Form of Payment Base of Enterprises and Urban Workers in XX Year","Statement of Individual Payment Information of Social Insurance in XX Year","Social Security Manual","Medical Insurance Manual".
