First-class qualification standard
1.1 the net assets of the enterprise are more than 100 million yuan.
1.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) there are not less than 15 first-class registered builders majoring in electrical and mechanical engineering.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and has senior professional titles related to electric power engineering; there are not less than 60 personnel with intermediate professional titles related to electric power engineering.
(3) there are not less than 50 construction site managers holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, price staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 150 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
1.3 Engineering performance of enterprises
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 5 categories of projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) the cumulative installed capacity of the power station is more than 1.8 million kilowatts.
(2) A total of 6 units with a unit capacity of 200000 kilowatts

(4) A total of 8 substations with 220 kV voltage grade
(5) A total of 100 km of 220 kV cable project.
Second-level qualification standard
2.1 the net assets of the enterprise are more than 40 million yuan.
2.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) there shall be not less than 10 registered builders in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering.
(2) the technical person-in-charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the senior professional title of electric power engineering or the professional qualification of first-class registered builder in electrical and mechanical engineering; there are not less than 30 people with intermediate or above professional titles in electric power engineering.
(3) there are not less than 30 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 75 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
2.3 Enterprise Engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 5 categories of projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) the cumulative installed capacity of the power station is more than 1 million kilowatts.
(2) A total of 4 units with a single unit capacity of 100000 kilowatts
(3) A total of 700 km of 110 kV transmission lines
(4) A total of 7 substations with 110 kV voltage grade
(5) A total of 200 km of 110 kV cable project.
Third-level qualification standard
3.1 the net assets of the enterprise are more than 8 million yuan.
3.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) not less than 5 registered builders specializing in electrical and mechanical engineering.
(2) the technical person-in-charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the professional title of intermediate or above in electric power engineering or the professional qualification of registered builder in mechanical and electrical engineering; there are not less than 10 people with intermediate or above professional titles in electric power engineering.
(3) there are not less than 15 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 30 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects of this category.
Scope of contracted project
First-class qualification
It can undertake the construction of all kinds of power generation projects, various voltage levels of transmission lines and substations.
4.2 level II qualification
It can undertake the construction of power generation projects with a unit capacity of less than 200000 kilowatts, transmission lines below 220kV and substations of the same voltage level.
4.1 level III qualification
It can undertake the construction of power generation projects with a unit capacity of less than 100000 kilowatts, transmission lines below 110kV and substations of the same voltage level.
