First-class qualification standard
1.1 corporate assets
Net assets are more than 10 million yuan.
1.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has an intermediate professional title or above in the engineering sequence or a registered construction engineer qualification; there are no less than 15 people with intermediate professional titles or above in the engineering sequence and registered construction engineers, and they are complete in structure, materials or chemical industry.
(2) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete construction workers, quality officers, safety officers, mechanics and other personnel.
(3) No less than 30 skilled workers such as waterproofers, electricians, painters, and plasters have passed the assessment or training.
10.1.3 Enterprise engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 1 of the following 2 categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) 1 building waterproofing project with a single contract value of more than 2 million yuan or 3 building waterproofing projects with a single contract value of more than 1.5 million yuan;
(2) 2 anti-corrosion and insulation projects with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan.
Second-level qualification standard
2.1 corporate assets
Net assets are more than 4 million yuan.
2.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has an intermediate professional title or above in the engineering sequence or a registered construction engineer qualification; there are no less than 3 people in the engineering sequence with intermediate professional titles or above and registered construction engineers, and they are complete in structure, materials or chemical industry.
(2) There are no less than 10 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete construction workers, quality officers, safety officers, cost officers, etc.
(3) No less than 15 skilled workers such as waterproofers, electricians, painters, and plasters have passed the assessment or training.
(4) The technical director (or registered construction engineer) has presided over and completed no less than 2 project achievements required by the first-level standard for this category of qualification.
Scope of contracted project
3.1 first-class qualification
Can undertake the construction of various building waterproofing, anti-corrosion and insulation projects.
3.2 second-class qualification
It can undertake the construction of building waterproofing projects with a single contract amount of less than 3 million yuan, and the construction of various anti-corrosion and insulation projects with a single contract amount of less than 6 million yuan.
