(2) the technical person-in-charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the professional title of highway engineering major or above or the professional qualification of registered builder of highway engineering major; there are not less than 15 people with intermediate or above professional titles in highway engineering related majors.
(3) there are not less than 10 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, safety personnel, price makers and other personnel are complete.

4.1 first-level qualification

4.2 level II qualification
