(3) there are not less than 30 construction site managers holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, price staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 50 skilled workers at or above intermediate level, such as welders, painters, lifting signal workers, who have passed the examination or training.
1.3 Engineering performance of enterprises
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 types of steel structure projects in the following 5 categories, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) the height of steel structure is more than 80 meters.
(2) the single span of steel structure is more than 30 meters.
(3) the short side span of reticulated shell and grid structure is more than 70 meters.
(4) the construction area of single steel structure is more than 30,000 square meters.
(5) the weight of single steel structure is more than 5000 tons.
1.4 Technical equipment

Second-level qualification standard
2.1 Enterprise assets
(1) the net asset is more than 15 million yuan.
(2) the area of the factory building is not less than 15000 square meters.
2.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) there are not less than 6 registered builders in the building engineering profession.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the senior professional title of construction engineering or the professional qualification of first-class registered builder; there are not less than 10 people with professional intermediate titles or above in structure, machinery, welding and other professional titles, and the specialties are complete.
(3) there are not less than 15 construction site managers holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, price staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 20 skilled workers at or above intermediate level, such as welders, painters, lifting signal workers, who have passed the examination or training.
2.3 Enterprise Engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of two types of steel structure projects in the following five categories.
The quality of the project is qualified.
(1) buildings with a steel structure height of more than 50 meters
(2) buildings with steel structure with a single span of more than 24 meters
(3) the short side span of reticulated shell and grid structure is more than 30 meters.
(4) the construction area of single steel structure is more than 10000 square meters.

3.1 Enterprise assets
The net asset is more than 5 million yuan.
3.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) there are not less than 3 registered builders in the building engineering profession.
(2) the technical person-in-charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the professional title of intermediate or above in engineering sequence or the professional qualification of registered builder; there are not less than 6 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in structure, machinery, welding and other specialties.
(3) there are not less than 8 construction site managers holding job certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, price staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) the number of qualified welders, painters, lifting signal workers and other intermediate technical workers who have passed the examination or training shall not be less than 10.
(5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects required by the qualification level 2 or above in this category.
Scope of contracted project
4.1 first-level qualification
Can undertake the construction of the following steel structure projects:
(1) the height of steel structure is more than 60 meters.
(2) the single span of steel structure is more than 30 meters.
(3) the short side span of reticulated shell and grid structure is more than 50 meters.
(4) the total weight of single steel structure is more than 4000 tons.
(5) the single construction area is more than 30000 square meters.
4.2 level II qualification
Can undertake the construction of the following steel structure projects:
(1) the height of the steel structure is less than 100 meters.
(2) the single span of steel structure is less than 36 meters.
(3) the short side span of reticulated shell and grid structure is less than 75 meters.
(4) the total weight of single steel structure is less than 6000 tons.
(5) the single floor area is less than 35000 square meters.
4.3 level III qualification
Can undertake the construction of the following steel structure projects:
(1) the height of steel structure is less than 60 meters.
(2) the single span of steel structure is less than 30 meters.
(3) the short side span of reticulated shell and grid structure is less than 33 meters.
(4) the total weight of single steel structure is less than 3000 tons.
(5) the single floor area is less than 15000 square meters.
Note: steel structure engineering refers to the construction project in which the main load-bearing beams and columns of buildings or structures are made of steel and installed in the factory.
