The professional contracting qualification of water conservancy and hydropower mechanical and electrical installation engineering is divided into first, second and third levels.
19.1
First-class qualification standard
19.1.1 Enterprise assets
The net asset is more than 28 million yuan.
19.1.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) the total number of first-class registered architects majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering shall not be less than 8, of which not less than 4 shall be registered first-class registered architects in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has senior professional titles related to water conservancy and hydropower engineering; there are not less than 25 people with professional intermediate titles such as hydraulic turbines, hydrogenerators, electrical, welding, debugging, lifting and other professional titles, and the specialties are complete.
(3) there are not less than 20 construction site managers holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 30 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
19.1.3 Enterprise Engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 6 categories of projects, of which at least the projects listed in Category 1 are qualified.
(1) mixed flow hydrogenerator set: more than 4 units with single unit capacity of 80MW
(2) Axial flow hydrogenerator set: more than 2 units of single unit capacity 50MW or more than 4 units of 25MW
(3) Tubular hydrogenerator set: 4 units with a single unit capacity of 10MW or above 5MW
(4) impact hydrogenerator set: more than 2 units of single unit capacity 10MW or more than 4 units of 5MW
(5) pumped storage units: 1 unit with a capacity of more than 100MW
(6) pump unit: more than 4 units with single unit capacity of 500KW.
19.2
Second-level qualification standard
19.2.1 Enterprise assets
The net asset is more than 10 million yuan.
19.2.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) the total number of registered builders majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering shall not be less than 8, including not less than 4 registered builders in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the senior professional title of water conservancy and hydropower engineering or the professional qualification of first-class registered builder of water conservancy and hydropower engineering; there are not less than 15 personnel with professional intermediate or above professional titles, such as hydraulic turbine, hydrogenerator, electrical, welding, debugging, lifting and so on, and the profession is complete.
(3) there are not less than 15 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 20 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
19.2.3 Enterprise Engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 5 categories of projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) mixed flow hydrogenerator set: more than 4 units with single unit capacity of 25MW
(2) Axial flow hydrogenerator set: more than 2 units of single unit capacity 10MW or more than 4 units of 5MW

19.3
Third-level qualification standard
19.3.1 Enterprise assets
Net assets are more than 4 million yuan.
19.3.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) the total number of registered builders majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering shall not be less than 5, including not less than 3 registered builders in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the professional title of intermediate or above in the relevant major of water conservancy and hydropower engineering or the professional qualification of registered builder of water conservancy and hydropower engineering; there are not less than 8 personnel with professional intermediate or above professional titles, such as hydraulic turbine, hydrogenerator, electrical, welding, debugging, lifting and so on.
(3) there are not less than 10 construction site management personnel holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 15 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects required by the qualification level 2 or above in this category.
19.4
Scope of contracted project
19.4.1 Grade I qualification
It can undertake the installation of all kinds of hydropower stations and pumping stations (all kinds of hydrogenerator sets, pump sets) and their ancillary equipment and electrical equipment of hydropower (pump) stations.
19.4.2 second-level qualification
It can undertake the installation of hydropower stations with single unit capacity below 100MW, pumping stations with single unit capacity below 1000KW and their ancillary equipment and electrical equipment of hydropower (pump) stations.
19.4.3 level III qualification
It can undertake the installation of hydropower stations with single unit capacity below 25MW, pumping stations with single unit capacity below 500KW and their ancillary equipment and electrical equipment of hydropower (pump) stations.
