8.1
First-class qualification standard
8.1.1 corporate assets

(1) The technical director has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and has a senior professional title in the engineering sequence; there are no less than 8 personnel with intermediate professional titles or above in electrical, mechanical and other majors, and they are full of majors.
(2) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and safety officers, mechanics and other personnel are complete.
(3) No less than 30 workers have passed the assessment or training, including no less than 6 lifting signal operators, no less than 18 construction lifting machinery installation and dismantling workers, and no less than 3 electricians.
8.1.3 Enterprise engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken 1 of the following 2 categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified. 8 sets;
(2) A total of 8 gantry cranes over 100 tons have been installed and disassembled.
8.2
Second-level qualification standard
8.2.1 corporate assets
Net assets are more than 4 million yuan.
8.2.2 Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) The technical director has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and has an intermediate or above professional title in the engineering sequence; there are no less than 4 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in electrical, mechanical and other majors, and they are complete in majors.
(2) There are no less than 6 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and safety officers, mechanics and other personnel are complete.
(3) No less than 20 workers have passed the assessment or training, including no less than 4 lifting signal operators, no less than 12 construction lifting machinery installation and dismantling workers, and no less than 2 electricians.
8.2.3 Enterprise engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken 1 of the following 2 categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) A total of 8 tower cranes above 600 kN·m were installed and disassembled;
(2) A total of 8 gantry cranes with more than 50 tons were installed and disassembled.
8.3
Third-level qualification standard
8.3.1 corporate assets
Net assets are more than 1.5 million yuan.

8.3.2 Business owner
(1) The technical director has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and has an intermediate or above professional title in the engineering sequence; there are no less than 2 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in electrical, mechanical and other majors, and they are complete in majors.
(2) There are no less than 3 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and safety officers, mechanics and other personnel are complete.
(3) No less than 10 workers have passed the assessment or training, including no less than 2 lifting signal operators, no less than 6 construction lifting machinery installation and dismantling workers, and no less than 1 electrician.
(4) The technical director has presided over and completed no less than 2 project achievements required by standards above Level 2 qualifications in this category.
8.4
Scope of contracted project
8.4.1 first-class qualification
Can undertake the installation and disassembly of tower cranes, various construction lifts and portal cranes.
8.4.2 second-class qualification
It can undertake the installation and disassembly of tower cranes, various construction lifts and portal cranes below 3150 kN·m.
8.4.3 three-level qualification
It can undertake the installation and disassembly of tower cranes, various construction lifts and portal cranes below 800 kN·m.
