20.1
First-class qualification standard
20.1.1 corporate assets

20.1.2 Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) There are no less than 10 first-level registered builders majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technical management and has senior professional titles related to electric power engineering; there are not less than 60 personnel with intermediate professional titles related to electric power engineering.
(3) There are no less than 40 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete quality officers, safety officers, data officers, cost officers, etc.
(4) No less than 40 skilled workers above intermediate level such as line erectors and substation installers who have passed the assessment or training.
20.1.3 Enterprise engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 3 categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) A total of 600 kilometers of 220 kV power transmission lines;
(2) A total of 8 220 kV voltage class substations;
(3) A total of 100 kilometers of 220 kV cable projects.
20.2
Second-level qualification standard
20.2.1 corporate assets
Net assets are more than 30 million yuan.
20.2.2 Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) There are no less than 8 registered construction engineers majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering.
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has a senior professional title in power engineering related majors or a first-level registered builder qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering majors; there are no less than 40 people with intermediate or above professional titles in power engineering related majors.
(3) There are no less than 30 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete quality officers, safety officers, data officers, cost officers, etc.
(4) No less than 30 skilled workers above intermediate level such as line erectors and substation installers who have passed the assessment or training.
20.2.3 Enterprise engineering performance
In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 3 categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) A total of 500 kilometers of 110 kV power transmission lines;
(2) A total of 6 110 kV voltage class substations;
(3) The total number of 110 kV cable projects is 100 kilometers.

Third-level qualification standard
20.3.1 corporate assets

20.3.2 Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) not less than 3 registered builders specializing in electrical and mechanical engineering.
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has an intermediate or above professional title in power engineering related majors or a registered builder's qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering; there are no less than 20 people with intermediate or above professional titles in power engineering related majors.
(3) There are no less than 20 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete quality officers, safety officers, data officers, cost officers, etc.
(4) No less than 20 skilled workers above intermediate level such as line erectors and substation installers who have passed the assessment or training.
(5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects of this category.
20.4
Scope of contracted project
20.4.1 first-class qualification
It can undertake the construction of power transmission lines and substation projects of various voltage levels.
20.4.2 second-class qualification
It can undertake the construction of power transmission lines and substation projects with voltage levels below 220 kV.
20.4.3 three-level qualification
It can undertake the construction of power transmission lines and substation projects with voltage levels below 110 kV.
