First-class qualification standard
1.1 corporate assets

1.2 key personnel of the enterprise

(4) not less than 30 qualified high-voltage electricians, low-voltage electricians, maintenance electricians and installation electricians who have passed the examination or training; not less than 5 skilled workers with high-altitude operation certificates and not less than 2 technical workers with lifting operation certificates.
1.3 Engineering performance of enterprises

(1) three road lighting projects with a single contract value of more than 10 million yuan with box-type substation and distribution with 250KVA or road lighting with remote centralized monitoring and management system
(2) 3 functional lighting projects or landscape lighting projects for outdoor public spaces (squares, parks, green spaces, airports, stadiums, stations, ports, docks, etc.) with a single contract value of more than 10 million yuan
(3) the annual maintenance of functional lighting facilities is not less than 50,000 or the total power of landscape lighting facilities is not less than 10,000 KW.
Second-level qualification standard
2.1 corporate assets
The net asset is more than 8 million yuan.
2.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) the total number of registered builders of municipal public works and mechanical and electrical engineering shall not be less than 5.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has the professional qualification of intermediate or above professional title of engineering sequence or professional registered builder of municipal public works (or mechanical and electrical engineering); there are not less than 10 people with professional intermediate titles such as municipal public works, electrical, mechanical and electrical engineering, automation, light source and lighting, landscape, structure and so on.
(3) there are not less than 20 construction site managers holding post certificates, and the construction staff, quality staff, safety staff, material staff, material staff and other personnel are complete.
(4) not less than 15 qualified high-voltage electricians, low-voltage electricians, maintenance electricians and installation electricians who have passed the examination or training; not less than 2 skilled workers with high-altitude operation certificates and not less than 1 skilled workers with lifting operation certificates.
2.3 Enterprise Engineering performance

(3) the annual maintenance of not less than 30, 000 functional lighting facilities or the total power of landscape lighting facilities is not less than 5000 KW.
Third-level qualification standard
3.1 the net assets of the enterprise are more than 3 million yuan.
3.2 key personnel of the enterprise
(1) the total number of registered builders of municipal public works and mechanical and electrical engineering shall not be less than 2.
(2) the technical person in charge has more than 5 years' experience in the technical management of engineering construction, and has the professional title of intermediate or above in engineering sequence or the professional qualification of registered builder in municipal public works (or mechanical and electrical engineering). There are not less than 5 people with intermediate or above professional titles in the engineering sequence.
(3) There are no less than 8 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are all construction workers, quality officers, safety officers, material officers, data officers, etc.
(4) there are not less than 12 qualified high-voltage electricians, low-voltage electricians, maintenance electricians and installation electricians who have passed the examination or training. (5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects required by the qualification level 2 or above in this category.
Scope of contracted project
4.1 first-level qualification
Can undertake the construction of all kinds of urban and road lighting projects.
4.2 level II qualification
Can undertake the construction of urban and road lighting projects with a single contract value of not more than 12 million yuan.
4.3 level III qualification
Can undertake the construction of urban and road lighting projects with a single contract value of not more than 6 million yuan.
