(2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technical management, and has an intermediate or above professional title in construction engineering related majors or practices as a registered builder (or registered structural engineer) in construction engineering.
Qualifications: There are no less than 6 personnel with intermediate professional titles or above in engineering sequences such as structure and machinery, and they are complete in majors.
(3) There are no less than 8 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are all construction workers, quality officers, safety officers, material officers, data officers, etc.
(4) not less than 10 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(5) the technical person-in-charge (or registered architect) has presided over the completion of not less than 2 projects of this category.
